Gehla Holdings Sdn Bhd was incorporated under companies Act in Malaysia in year 2002. Initially company was engaged in imorts and exports. In year 2003 the paid up capital of the company was raised to RM 500,000 and the authorised capital to RM 1,000,000 and company operated 4 stores in major cities of Malaysia and presently companie's brand "SHAZWANI GARMENTS" is well known for its quality products.
In 2004 company raised its paid up capital to RM 10 Million and started its most modern mechanised LIVESTOCK & DAIRY FARM project, with 1,000 hectres of land, the project is the biggest and the most modern in Asia with a capicity of 2,000 milking cows and 2,000 meat cattle. The project will complete in December, 2004 and will produce 12 million litres of milk and 2000 beaf cattle annually. |
